All you need Basmati rice- 2 cups (cooked) Onion- 1 (chopped) Ginger-garlic paste- 2tsp Tomatoes- 3 (chopped) Capsicum- 1 (chopped) Paneer- 1/2 cup (diced) Fresh green peas- 1/2 cup Green chillies- 2 (chopped) Tomato ketchup- 1/4 cup Red chilli powder- 1tsp Turmeric powder- 1/2 tsp Pav bhaji masala- 2tsp Salt- as per taste Oil- 2tbsp Coriander leaves- 2tbsp (chopped for garnish)
Procedure 1. Heat oil in a pan and add the ginger garlic paste. Fry for a few seconds and then add the chopped onions. Fry till they turn golden brown. 2. Then add the tomatoes, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, pav bhaji masala and saute for 3-4 minutes on medium flame. 3. Then add the tomato ketchup and cook for another 3-4 minutes. 4. After that, add the capsicum, green chillies, green peas, salt and cook for 4-5 minutes. 5. Add the paneer cubes and stir fry very lightly.
6. Add a cup of water and let all the vegetables cook for 3-4 minutes on medium flame. 7. Now add the cooked rice and mix well. 8.
